2. What is the “My Home Concierge” service?

We have created the “My Home Concierge” service to create an exceptional new home buying experience for our clients. The service is an extension of our current online services offering VIP services for those participating in our program. We want to make the home buying experience as stress free as possible, and help match the perfect home to meet our homeowner’s needs.

3. What is the benefit of using the “My Home Concierge” Service?

By simply registering, you will be offered personalized appointments as one of our VIP customers. VIP customers enjoy specialized VIP appointments, early homesite reservation opportunities, and special incentives when available. Special incentives may be available only through this service.

4. Why should we schedule an appointment through this service?

You automatically become a VIP customer for setting an appointment through the “My Home Concierge” service. Your VIP treatment will include a personalized consultation with our on-site community managers. Our on-site community managers will be notified prior to your appointment of your wants and needs in your new home to better serve you in your new home search. You will also enjoy special incentives for purchasing your new home when using our VIP appointment service.

5. Can I purchase a home in a community before it opens?

Yes, by participating in our Early Homesite Reservation Program and registering for our Priority Interest List, you will have an opportunity to purchase your new home prior to the Grand Opening of a community to the general public. Simply register online or call 1-877 MY BOWEN (Atlanta) to join our Priority Interest List, and to be notified of information on your desired community as it becomes available.

6. How much time does this service take?

The “My Home Concierge” service will actually save you time in your search for your new home by eliminating your time spent narrowing down your choices. Let us do the work for you! Our online new home consultants will help narrow down your choices and match you and your family to the perfect home and neighborhood to meet your lifestyle and your budget.

7. If I have a Realtor, can I still use this service?

Yes. If you have a Realtor you can still use this service. We will be happy to talk to your Realtor as well if they have any questions about this service or our VIP appointment process.

8. Can you help me with financing options?

We do have a preferred lender that can assist you in your finance options. When scheduling your VIP appointment, we can also personalize your appointment so our on-site community sales manager can discuss your many financing options to meet your needs. You will be eligible for additional assistance with closing costs when using our preferred lender.

9. If I am relocating, can you help me find a hotel for my visit?

Yes, we can find you the most conveniently located hotels depending on the area you are searching for your new home.

10. Do you offer interpreters for both Korean and Spanish?

11. Can I receive help with transferring utilities?

We personally do not transfer utilities, but we can provide several options for one-stop services for all utilities to make your move as stress free as possible.

We do not personally endorse any day care centers or schools, but we can provide you with a list of options depending on the location of your new Bowen Family Home.
