You’ve chosen the Bowen Family Home of your dreams. Now it’s time to add the special design touches that will make it uniquely yours. Your Community Sales Consultant will provide the information you need to schedule your Savannah Design Studio appointment. The Design Studio is filled with an array of interior design choices—from beautiful floorings and window treatments, to innovative appliances, to an array of countertops and cabinets. You can also choose the custom features you want and include them in your mortgage.

Feel free to visit the Design Studio anytime before your formal appointment to browse and get ideas. We suggest that you review your existing furniture and bring fabric samples and photos of items you will be using in your new home when you come to the studio. If you are purchasing a Bowen Family Home that is already under construction, your Community Sales Consultant will advise you on which design features you may still choose.

The Bowen Family Homes Design Studio in Dallas is open three days a week, Thursday-Friday, 12:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Directions:

Savannah is located on Hwy 380 West of Hwy 75. The community of Savannah sits on the North side of Hwy 380 on the corner of FM 1385 and Hwy 380. Look for the large, beautiful clubhouse, palm trees and fountains, and other water attractions at the entrance of the community. Upon entering the community, follow the directional signage leading you West to the Bowen Family Homes model homes where the Design Studio is located at 825 Dogwood Trail.
