Discover the Bowen Family Homes Selection Studio

A few weeks after you sign the sales contract for your new Bowen Family Home, you will visit our Selection Studio, where we’ll assist you in your selection of flooring, carpets, cabinetry, tile, countertops, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures and more. This is the exciting time when you’ll customize the home to truly make it yours.

During your visit you will select from a wide range of materials, see sample kitchen and bath designs, get interior upgrade pricing and pay any necessary deposits (ie: for upgrades not included in your original purchase price). Please remember, in most cases construction of your new home cannot begin until you have completed the Selection Studio process.
