Brentwood Place
The Fulton County School System is one of the largest school systems in the state of Georgia with an impressive reputation. Fulton County Schools are excellent places where children can learn in a nurturing environment from a dedicated staff & community.
Elementary School:
C.H. Gullatt Elementary School
C. H. Gullatt Elementary School was opened in August of 1976. The school was named after Charles Homer Gullatt, an important advocate for education in the Georgia legislature and resident of Union City. During the 1997 school year, another wing was added to the existing school to accommodate our growing community. Today C. H. Gullatt Elementary has approximately 530 students.
At C. H. Gullatt Elementary teachers and staff are dedicated to improving reading, math and technology skills as well as teaching all other subject areas. Our goal is to make sure each student excels to become a productive person in today's world. Gullatt has been selected to receive an Outdoor Classroom Grant. Through the study of nature, students engage in hands-on and cooperative learning experiences in all areas of the curriculum.
Creekside High School
Creekside High School serves the communities of Palmetto, Fairburn and Union City, and was established in 1990, when the former Campbell and Palmetto highs schools merged Creekside High School stresses unity through involvement of students, staff, parents and community. Goals which have become a rallying point for the student body include raising student academic expectations, increasing student achievement and daily attendance, and providing consistent school discipline.
Camp Creek Middle School
Camp Creek Middle School has pledged their best efforts in meeting the individual needs of their students since 1985. Camp Creek Middle School's mission is to provide challenging instructional programs within a safe, nurturing environment supported by staff, family and community to assist students in becoming productive and responsible citizens. They believe that student learning is the primary focus of their school system, all students can learn, and school must prepare students for the changing future. Along with maintaining partnerships among the community, they value trust and honest communication, commitment, common understanding and competence. Camp Creek believes the PTSA is an important voice for their parent community and encourage school volunteers.
