In addition, Tracie is honored as Community Sales Manager of the Year for Bowen Family Homes 2007. Over the years Tracie has been recognized numerous times as Sales Agent of the Month and Community of the Month awards. Since the beginning of her Real Estate career, Tracie has been recognized every year by Communities 100 as a leading Realtor in Metro Atlanta as well as continuous recognition from NAMAR as a Platinum Multi- Million dollar producer and a member of the Elite Realtors Society. “What your mind can perceive, it can achieve”… this is the philosophy I start with each and every day. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2001 and have an extensive past as a successful manager in “corporate America” as well as a member of the United States Navy. I am the 3rd generation of my family to embark on this great journey of a limitless industry. My family's wisdom throughout the years has taught me that anything in this world is possible, so long as you are willing to put forth the effort. I make sure to stay grounded to my family roots, values and morals and use them as my foundation to build upon. I have a fulfilling passion for helping homeowners and others around me turn their dreams into a reality. The sky is the limit and I believe homeownership is the greatest investment one can make for themselves and their family. I have dedicated myself to personally thriving as well as helping my homeowners to thrive in this Real Estate industry. Knowledge is power and I feel that a positive attitude, knowledge itself, likeability and a determination to surpass each buyer's expectations one at a time, can only lead to great things.I am involved with multiple community actions: a youth mentor, supporter of the local school district, Boy Scouts of America and lastly, a strong advocate and supporter of our local Georgia homeless community.
